A native of Lakeland, Florida, Andrea grew up the daughter of German immigrants, Helga and Ludwig Spiessl (Architect, AIA, retired), and studied at the University of South Carolina, graduating with a degree in Business Administration (BSBA, ’86). Throughout her 30 year career, exemplary customer service has remained her key focus. Honesty, integrity, and a very strong work ethic have been the hallmarks of her life, and as a representative for several computer companies, she was well known for her prompt communications, diligent research, and thorough planning on behalf of the K-12 and Higher Education clients she served. Andrea worked for such notable companies as Dun and Bradstreet and Smith Barney, where she utilized her strong analytical skills as a Financial Consultant.
She later turned her attention to real estate, joining RE/MAX Experts, where she built a solid reputation as a dedicated Realtor noted for overseeing her clients’ interests, from contractual negotiations to successfully closing their transactions. Andrea is a consistent top performer and has been the recipient of the RE/MAX Executive Club, the Titan Club, and 100% Club Awards. Andrea was later offered the opportunity to buy the RE/MAX Experts franchise and became the Broker Owner. She holds the prestigious Certified Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation along with the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, held by only 3% of top REALTORS® nationwide, and has also earned the Accredited Commercial Professional (ACP™) designation.
Andrea is actively involved in her church and local schools, serving on various committees and as a past PTA President. Community service is also important to Andrea. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Lakeland South Rotary Club, serves on the Board of Directors for the Lakeland Association of Realtors, and is also a member of the Grievance Committee for the Lakeland Association of Realtors. She is fluent in German and loves traveling with her family.

Since 2001, Craig has dedicated his life to the real estate industry. He spent the very beginning of his career as a mortgage loan officer and broker/owner, which has served him tremendously with his clients. Donna moved to Florida from Indiana with her husband over 20 years ago. Donna and her husband purchased a small printing/office supply business in Indiana, and together they turned it into a competitive business and ran it for 16 years. Donna’s career in real estate began when her husband started working at a mobile home park selling homes. In January of 2007, after some convincing from her husband, she finally became a licensed real estate agent. Her first year as an agent was very successful and her career has continued to blossom ever since. Donna has helped hundreds of home buyers and sellers, as well as earned numerous awards throughout her career. She has served many first-time homebuyers, veterans, and others from all walks of life. She has met amazing people along the way and has made many friends. She discovered very early that real estate was her passion; working as an agent has never felt like work. She has worked long hours, traveled thousands of miles, shown more homes than she could ever count, and has loved every minute of it. She finds joy in completing a sale, seeing satisfaction on her client’s face, and knowing she has done a good service for them. She has gone the extra mile for her clients many times and she truly loves what she does.
As a 2nd generation realtor and 4th generation Floridian, Jake knows the Central Florida real estate market. Jake is both an accomplished property manager and an experienced real estate agent, having started his real estate career working with investors and contractors in flipping real estate investment property years ago. He recognized the need for quality rentals during the real estate market pullback and built a successful property management business that he oversees to this day. Jake enjoys working with buyers and sellers and also manages over 100 properties in Lakeland and surrounding communities. He has been recognized as the #1 Property Manager in the Lakeland market for the last three years. He is a savvy negotiator and is dedicated to seeing his transactions through to a successful close. Jarrod has been a licensed real estate agent for the past eight years, currently with RE/MAX Experts in Lakeland, Florida. He has an extensive amount of customer service experience, having owned his own automotive detailing shop for over 16 years. Kyle Shannon was born and raised in Lakeland, Florida, and knows the area well. After graduating from Harrison School for the Arts, he went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in English from Florida State University in 2008. After that, Kyle began his teaching career. First, he taught English conversation and writing in South Korea for six years and then returned to Lakeland with his wife to teach English Literature at the Haines City High School’s International Baccalaureate program.
After teaching, he decided to join the real estate business. He has been active in the Lakeland real estate scene for almost two years. From his experience abroad and in the classroom, he learned the importance of always advocating for your client’s best interest, teaching customers the process of buying, selling, or investing in real estate, and helping those new to Polk County find their dream home. Mary was born and raised in Venezuela and moved to Lakeland, FL, at the age of ten. She knew from a young age that she wanted to help people and was always hard-working, studious, active in sports, and very involved in music and church. At the age of 15, she began working and volunteering in the community. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Southeastern University and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Mary and her husband began investing in Real Estate in the Polk County area over 10 years ago. The many years of experience finding and renovating homes led to her newfound passion for wanting to help other families with their real estate needs. Michelle was born and raised in the Northwest suburbs of Illinois. After graduating from Wauconda High School, Michelle moved to Florida in 2002 to attend Florida Southern College. This is where her passion for medical sciences and cultural arts began. A majority of her working career was spent working in the healthcare field with dementia patients, caring for the elderly and Massage Therapy. Michelle found that she caught the real estate bug after investing very wisely, in her first home.
Now, 21 years later, her love of real estate is still apparent in her everyday life. Her chosen path has allowed her to serve her community with personal care and trust. She parlays her listening skills to help her clients find exactly what they are looking for. With a degree in Broadcasting from Southeastern University, Phil worked in the competitive TV market as a show host for America’s Auction Network. Having grown up in Lakeland and the family Real Estate Business, Phil is putting his experience and skills to work for his clients.
